If you need More Targeted Visitors to Your Site this Will get the Free Traffic Flowing

Saturday, September 27th, 2008

If you don’t know by now one the best ways to attract free
traffic to your site is with articles. You find them in your
email. You find them on any website that provides useful
content. Take a look and you will see they are all formatted
the same way.

Attention-getting headline

Body of article ( usually offers tips or how to
information)

Resource box - That is at the end and involves a blurb to
plug your site or product and your link(s)

I’m sure if you think about it you can come up with some
ideas of your own for great articles. A good place to start:

What is it that you would really like to know? Find the
answer online with Google or go to your local library and
write away!

Aside from creating helpful content your purpose is to
promote yourself. Thus, the resource box. Do not include
affiliate links, leave your selling for when the reader
clicks through to your site.

Okay, you’ve written an article- what now?

Submit your article to the article banks. Article banks are
depositories for articles. Like a real bank you can make a
deposit or a withdrawal. There are several articles on my
site that I did not write. I made several “withdrawals” from
some of the banks. It’s a great way to get free content for
your site.

When you are re-publishing another author’s
article you must remember one very important thing: Never
ever cut-off the resource box! They worked hard to create
something useful for you. Repay their generosity by keeping
the links intact.

And guess what? if you take your article and make a
“deposit” it’s free for others to download and post on their
site or newsletter! You could find it scattered all over the
net in no time.

Why is that good? Because of your link in the resource box.
That link is going to bring you curious visitors which means
more traffic for you!

I know from personal experience when I find some useful info
in an article I want to find more useful stuff from the same
author so I follow the link.

And because you wrote so well about your topic I will
get the impression you are an expert. We both know
that may not be the case, but if people see you as an
authority in some area they will seek you out for tips,
advice and product recommendations. That means
more traffic and ultimately more money in your pocket.

There are dozens of article banks you can submit your
writing to for free. Just do a search on the net. And
submit, submit, submit! If you write it - the traffic will
come.

What Everyone Should Know Concerning On-Line Sport Gaming

Saturday, September 27th, 2008

Hook up man’s first interests and you’re assured to pinpoint something that’s generally termed a sportsbook betting website. Well, what could possibly be more ingenious. Imagine a band of fellows cheering on their local players, and almost regularly bets are computed alongside the rumpus. Set to catch more of the enjoyment, bystanders routinely aspire to speculate who will make it the imminent game. In the end, this all comes to be a friendly little game named sportsbook betting website.

It can appear a craving though in fact sportsbook wagering is really simply an amusing entertainment and to relate with one’s fellow sports enthusiasts. Here, you’ll be able to risk a an inconsequential quantity of silver and yet enjoy yourself. Looking further, here are a lot of hints to get you started sportsbook wagering.

If you want to place a bet, we would advise you drop by at a sportsbook betting website, i.e. a setup which tenders sportsbook betting website. In the U.S.A., you will find four states where everybody can do sportsbook wagering lawfully, but beyond legal you can try it essentially anywhere so long as you can discover a bookie and you are legally of age. Included in the sports events you can bet on are professional outside of college football & basketball, pro hockey, pro hockey, outside of betting on both dog and horse racing. Punters might wager on the global tally of a contest or game, in what round a given competitor will go under, and even whether a tossed coin in a contest or game will land either heads or tails.

The bookies firm lean on number crunching to help you out infer which players you may sense will make it. First, there’s the spread, i.e. advantage pertaining to the inferior contestor anticipated to go down by a specific number points. Plainly, this is the bookie outfit’s fashion of organizing unprejudiced bets for a Sportsbook. E. g. a punter can choose to risk money on a contestant anticipated to go down and and yet win that bet so long as the contestor does actually lose by a specific number of points.

You will see so many differing breeds of lays, the straight being the best known in sportsbook wagering.

So do have a stab at it and amuse yourself simultaneously. But ensure that you won’t get seized and expend your complete retirement fund capriciously. Because you’re going to be caught bewailing it for life.

Strategies That Will Boost Your Website Traffic Right Away

Friday, September 26th, 2008

You have lovingly made a website and put it online on the World Wide Web. Now, all you have to do is wait and see who visits.
Right?
No!
You have to do something to make people come to your website.
There are plenty of ways that you can generate traffic towards your website, but I am going to concentrate on only 3 of them; that tend to produce very quick (if not instantaneous) results.

The three strategies are:

1. Buy Traffic for your website

2. Send offers and information to individuals in your mailing list

3. Request reciprocal links/endorsements

1. BUY TRAFFIC FOR YOUR WEBSITE
As the name suggests, this strategy would require you to dole out some money!
You can place advertisements of your website on other websites that are similar to yours or you can place advertisement of your website on search engines. This way, when some one is searching for a product similar to the one that you are selling/promoting, your website’s ad will come up in front of them. Therefore, you will be able to target people from your niche, and these “targeted” people have a higher potential of buying your product because they were already looking for it.
You have to pay for the advertisement ONLY when they click on the link. Such ads are known as Pay Per Click (PPC)advertisements. Some of the highly recommeneded PPC ads sites are:

Google Adwords

Yahoo! Search Marketing

Miva (formerly findout.com)

Goclick

When you choose a PPC, do make sure that it offers a tracking software that helps you find out how useful it is to you. This way you will be able to choose the ones that are more profitable and get rid of those that are not.

2. SEND OFFERS TO MAILING LIST
Brian Campbell (A successful Internet Marketing Guru and best selling author) says that the 1st Internet Marketing Commandment is: “You can’t promote anything online without first capturing the email address of your website visitors.”
He says, “You shouldn’t attempt to get even one visitor to your website without having a mechanism in place to capture the name and email address of the website visitors that come to your website.”

You need to capture most of the email addresses of your in-coming traffic because it is more than likely that they will not buy anything from you on their first visit to your website and they might never come back again! To prevent that from happening, you offer them something that they would like to sign up for (like some valuable information for FREE and its VERY important to deliver what you promise!). After that you keep their attention by sending them more free content, and sandwich promotional offers in between. One e-mail from you will bring most of them back to your website!

A word of caution here: do NOT overwhelm your e-mail list clients with too many promotional offers, you will lose your credibility. You should send them valuable free stuff in between offers, so that they would want to read your emails.

3. REQUEST RECIPROCAL LINKS/ENDORSEMENTS
There are thousands of websites out there that are selling products similar to yours. Instead of thinking that they are your competition, instead think of them as your potential partners; ask them to promote your product in return of you promoting theirs. These website owners can help you in several ways:
They can put links and banners of your website, in exchange of you putting theirs on your website. Or, they can just add your link to their website and you can then pay them a previously agreed commission when they produce a sale for you.
Or; they can send an email to their email list, endorsing and promoting your product, while you do the same for them.
Such “deals” are known as Joint Ventures (JV deals) and these are one of the most powerful strategies that you can use to send more traffic to your website.

Try out these strategies for your websites. Better results are produced when all three of these marketing approaches are used together. You might want to try these out and then see which one works better for you and then concentrate more on that one. These three strategies, combined with other marketing methods can sky-rocket your website popularity and sales and make you a very happy online business person.

Thee Questions To See If You Are Headed For Divorce

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

There are many self-help books out there that can help you determine if you are headed for a divorce. An entire industry of Dr. Phil copycats has made a great deal of money preying upon the emotional instability that accompanies a divorce.

While nothing related to a divorce or separation can be simplified into three simple questions, the following questions can certainly help you get a better understanding of your marital stability.

Do you both agree on the amount of sexual activity in your relationship?

If the answer is no - WARNING! If you and your partner are miles apart on the amount of sexual activity you both consider appropriate for your relationship, you really should address this problem as soon as possible.

Ultimately, if a couple is not in agreement about the level of sexual activity within their relationship, problems will arise. This discrepancy often leads to feelings of resentment or bitterness. Sex, intimacy, love and a successful relationship often all go hand in hand. It’s finding that correct balance that couples can agree upon which is most important.

Do you both argue and not talk to one another for a couple of days?

If the answer is yes - WARNING! If you and your partner go to bed angry at one another and often don’t talk to one another after an argument for an extended period of time, you may have some serious issues that need to be dealt with.

The longer issues go unresolved, the bigger these issues will become. It is better to deal with the regular issues that arise in a marriage right away. Offer forgiveness and have a frank and open discussion about how you feel.

Do you take separate vacations?

If you have always taken vacations together and suddenly one of the partner’s starts expressing an interest in having separate vacations, you should really consider this a warning sign. Why does one of the partners suddenly want a separate vacation? Why do they want separate time? This is probably indicative of a deeper underlying problem.

Many people would suggest that separate vacation time is an important part of a healthy relationship. Conversely, other people would submit that this is the beginning of the end a healthy relationship.

The most important thing to consider when it comes to separate vacations is weather or not both partners have always agreed that separate vacations are important or if this happens over a period of time.

Divorce: Coping With The Family Law Process

Monday, September 22nd, 2008

The Emotions

Divorce is a scary, lonely and misunderstood process for most people, particularly when there are children involved. The mutual friends enjoyed during the marriage may not be of help because those individuals may not want to “pick a side.” A divorce will introduce you to an entirely new balancing act.

The Effect on Productivity at Work

You must be conscious of how the divorce process affects your ability to function on your job. There may be occasions when you will feel overwhelmed by a typical day’s workload. On such occasions, you may wish to apportion work in terms of what you can handle.

You may at times find yourself uncharacteristically testy and acerbic to friends and colleagues, uncommunicative, depressed, and distracted. You should try to be alert to these personality and mood changes and work with a counselor to solve them. At times this may involve temporarily modifying project responsibilities or adjusting assignments until you achieve a level of equanimity. On still other days, you may not be able to cope with the workplace or home environment at all, no matter how light the workload. When this happens, it may be prudent to request a brief personal leave. If your behavior and interaction cannot be altered through temporary changes, you may need to seek professional counseling during this stressful period.

Keep in mind that while going through a divorce you will face numerous demands on your time: meetings with an attorney, accountant and counselor, possibly locating a new residence (and furnishing it) and establishing new lines of credit. Plan ahead where possible for these contingencies by asking your employer for projects that do not have a tight deadline. Flexible working arrangements, such as job-sharing, or the opportunity to compensate for lost time by working in the evening or on weekends, are other possibilities.

You should not let others treat you as an emotional cripple. You are probably already experiencing feelings of helplessness and an inability to control your life. By being overprotective and shielding you from the daily realities of the workplace or running interference with fellow employees or clients, the employer may only exacerbate those feelings. Work may be the only place you can achieve a sense of self-worth and personal strength during this difficult period.

The Process

Some people winding their way through the divorce process may experience fatalistic or, conversely, unreasonably hopeful feelings, and may rely on divorce process myths that further complicate the situation (for example, a belief that the system is entirely gender biased). Unfortunately, the legal process is not designed to address emotional issues for the participants. Although there are milestones, such as filing the initial documents, there are no true emotional releases. Even the finalizing of a divorce is a bittersweet experience and is likely to feel like a letdown. No one truly wins in a divorce because the estate is always divided and both individuals have fewer assets than prior to the divorce. Unfortunately, the legal process is often one of attrition. The time and expense of the legal process often dictates the results as one of the parties can no longer afford the resources or the time to continue to dispute issues.

The many difficult aspects of the legal process often cause frustration and result in increased anger and hurt. In combination with the plethora of negative emotions which led to the divorce in the first place, one facing a divorce may turn to revenge as a primary motivation and extend the divorce proceeding to hurt the other spouse. On the other hand, a spouse may prolong the divorce process in the hope that reconciliation might occur.

The Solutions

Mediation may be the best answer. If you and your spouse can still communicate and have some common ground, mediation may be the most economical, efficient, and effective way to resolve the issues in the divorce. The mediator must be well trained and be competent in the area of family law. You should consult with an attorney before and after the mediation to be properly advised on negotiation of the issues and on whether the final result is a comprehensive solution.

You may need guidance in selecting an attorney. Your union, company corporate attorney or human resource department may be a source of names. The attorney should be practicing primarily, if not exclusively, in the area of family law (the area has become too complicated to be effectively handled by the generalist). The attorney should have the most current research software and resources available within the office (Lexis and FinPlan Divorce Planner are good examples). Competence, comfort and convenience are three primary considerations in selecting the attorney. Evaluate whether the attorney has a plan which will properly allocate resources to achieve realistic and wise goals.

You should be cognizant of the importance of limiting conversation with the attorney to the nuts and bolts and not try to convince the lawyer that the soon to be ex-spouse is a less than admirable human being; that’s for a counselor. It will also save time and resources for an already stretched budget. Also, one should not fear asking another attorney for a second opinion at any point in the process. It is no more improper than having a doctor provide a second opinion on a serious medical condition.

The divorce process is time consuming in even the simplest cases and will make demands upon your schedule. Because the courts and your attorney are probably working the same schedule as you are, it is probable that some absences and interruptions of work will be unavoidable. Court dates, especially, are not optional. Advise your employer immediately of any court dates, as those occasions may require an absence from work for at least one half day. When you provide documentation regarding income or other employment information, keep in mind that the courts have strict guidelines and time limits. Promptly providing the necessary information is essential.

Lastly, as an attorney, I remind my clients that the legal process of divorce is basically to divide assets, arrange custody, establish support, and address insurance and debts among other issues. It is not the last argument or the final revenge. While the attorney can assist a person going through the divorce process on the legal matters, emotional help is more appropriately available from close friends or professional counselors.

Please contact me if I can ever be of assistance in answering a question about legal representation in the divorce process.

Five Steps Before Filing Divorce

Monday, September 22nd, 2008

Getting a divorce can be stressful and full of situations that are tremendously challenging. Without having some kind of divorce support, it becomes tempting to avoid dealing with it altogether, leaving the prospect of staying in an unhappy marriage as a festering thought in the back of both of your minds.

Then the inevitable moment arrives when, as difficult as it may seem, it is obvious to the both of you that there is simply no other viable choice. So, where do you begin?

Consult an experienced divorce attorney. Informing yourself of your legal rights and options is perhaps the most important step. A good attorney will give you useful divorce information and sound divorce advice that is specific to your situation. Consulting an attorney for divorce help early on will save you from making costly mistakes in the long run.
Make photocopies of all your legal documents. You will need to have all your documents during the discovery procedures. The sooner you get copies, the sooner your attorney can proceed with determining how much in alimony and child support, if anything, your spouse will owe. Copy the following:

Tax returns
Evidence of your spouse’s earnings
Bank statements and check registers
Retirement and investment account statements
Life insurance policies
Social security statements
Mortgage documents and automobile titles
Financial statements
Credit card statements
Wills and living trusts

Know your family’s budget and expenses. Look through your check register and become familiar with your monthly cash expenditure. This information will be crucial in making a realistic assessment of what it will take for you to start over, financially. Yes, there is life after divorce… so plan ahead.

Consult with an experienced divorce financial planner. You will need to decide on a winning debt-management strategy. Consider paying down the debt before your divorce to help make things easier afterward, regardless of what the divorce settlement is. Also, take a good look at your credit history. Do as much as you can to improve your credit rating before your divorce is final.

Take an inventory of your possessions. This task may seem daunting at first. Just start with one major thing at a time including cars, furniture, appliances and jewelry, then work down to the minor stuff. This can be the more tedious aspect of what may be an otherwise easy divorce.

Tax & Financial Impacts of Divorce: 10 Mistakes to Avoid

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

Divorce is something no one hopes will happen to them when they get married. Unfortunately, almost half of all marriages end in divorce. Since few people have pre-nuptial agreements, most divorces involve often bitter tangles over children, money, and assets. When it comes to the tax and financial implications of divorce, often your divorce attorney is not the only one you should rely on for advice.

I have found ten very common mistakes that people make in the divorce process. A tax or financial pro can help you avoid them.

1. Don’t let emotions guide you in determining the divorce settlement. Divorce is about a lot of things, but is caused mainly by emotional issues or financial problems in the marriage. You may love or hate your soon-to-be ex, but you cannot rely on your “gut” feelings that they will do right by you or the children. You must make the settlement using reason and planning for the unexpected. He or she may want to pay a large alimony and a small amount in child support by telling you they want to see you are “taken care of.” That may result in less tax for them, a lot more taxes for you and destitute children should you die before they reach 18. Financial planning is critical.

2. Get a good family law attorney, but don’t forget to hire a financial professional to assist in evaluating assets and financial strategies. It may cost extra fees, but it will result in a far better settlement for you in most cases. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or an Enrolled Agent (EA) can be of invaluable help. What is the house really worth? If a business is involved, what are the consequences of its disposition or the true value of it in the divorce settlement? Your spouse might tell you their business is losing money or has no assets; you need to know the truth!

3. Getting the house in the divorce is not always a good deal. Women often want the house in the divorce because they are raising a family in it or have decorated it and are emotionally attached to the property. If it has a mortgage attached to it, think long and hard about the house. It might be better to sell it and split the equity. If you aren’t working and are raising kids, do you really want a big mortgage payment?

4. Failing to fight for the most child support you can get! Large alimony and low child support payments are generally not a good deal to the spouse getting the payments. Alimony is tax deductible to the party paying but taxable to the party who receives it. A large payment is a large tax deduction for one party and a big tax burden to the person getting it. Child support is tax free to the recipient and not deductible to the payer. Also, alimony may terminate upon marriage or death, but Child Support continues until the child reaches 18.

5. Failure to specify who can claim the kids on the tax return. The divorce should specify who will be entitled to claim the children. Also, Form 8332 Release of Claim may need to be filed with IRS in some circumstances.

6. Lack of planning with regard to life insurance. Life insurance should be reviewed in the event of divorce. You may want to take your ex off of your policy as beneficiary, but do you really want to make your children beneficiaries? Unless they are over 18, this can be a big mistake as the funds may go to a trustee until the kids reach majority. Consult with your attorney on how to style your life insurance to best provide for the kids. If you are the person getting alimony or child support, it is a very good idea to carry a life insurance policy on your ex in the event of death. Otherwise the money stops coming and you may end up homeless.

7. No income modeling done in the calculation of alimony. Your spouse may be a corporate executive and have great future earning potential. He or she may have stock options. An income model should be made to determine the potential they have and how it can affect your claim in the divorce.

8. Failure to secure a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (Quadro) in the event of a 401K or other tax impacted investment that is divided in the divorce. If you don’t do the right thing, huge tax penalties can be imposed on taking money out of IRAs, 401Ks, or Annuities. A good family law attorney can help with this but your Uncle Joe who handles bad check defense may not be the guy you want to do your divorce. He or she may not be familiar with a Quadro.

9. Failure to have assets professionally appraised. If you have rent houses, oil and gas investments, etc. Get a professional valuation or you may be cheated in the divorce settlement. The spouse who handles these investments may not be honest with you on the values. Just because he or she loves the kids or was married to you for thirty years does not mean you can trust them.

10. Lack of faith in yourself and your future. Divorce is bad but it is not the end of the world! You may have some tough times but your life will go on and it may be a blessed life. You don’t know what tomorrow brings. It may bring love and happiness. You must have faith in yourself so that you can take care of the kids and be successful in whatever you choose to do. Money is not everything, but if you don’t have faith in God and yourself, you won’t be financially successful.

Well that is my list and it is my prayer that it has helped you in some way. Be strong and be forceful. Don’t get walked on!

Cisco CCNP / BSCI Exam Tutorial: Ten IP Routing Details You Must Know!

Wednesday, September 10th, 2008

To pass the BSCI exam and earn your CCNP, you’ve got to keep a lot of details in mind. It’s easy to overlook the “simpler” protocols and services such as static routing and distance vector protocols. With this in mind, here’s a quick review of some details you should know for success in the exam room and real-world networks!

When packets need to be routed, the routing table is parsed for the longest prefix match if multiple paths exist with the same prefix length, the route with the lowest AD is preferred. If there are still multiple valid paths, equal-cost load-sharing goes into effect.

The ip route command is used to create static routes the command ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 < next-hop-IP or local exit interface> creates a default static route.

A static route with a next-hop IP address has an AD of one, while a static route with a local exit interface has an AD of zero.

A floating static route is a static route with an AD higher than that of the dynamic routing protocols running on the router, ensuring that the static route can only be used if the routing protocol goes down.

On-Demand Routing (ODR) is only appropriate in a hub-and-spoke network. The spokes effectively become stub routers. ODR uses Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) to send route information.

To propagate a default route with IP routing, use the ip default-network command. To do so with IP routing disabled, use ip default-gateway. You can also redistribute a static route into most protocols, but not IGRP. IGRP does not understand a static route to 0.0.0.0.

The ip helper-address command takes certain broadcasts and translates then into unicasts in order to allow the router to forward them. These default ports are:

TIME, port 37

TACACS, port 49

DNS, port 53

BOOTP/DHCP Server, port 67

BOOTP/DHCP Client, port 68

TFTP, port 69

NetBIOS name service, port 137

NetBIOS datagram services, port 138

To name other ports, use the ip forward-protocol command. To remove any of these ports from the default list, use the no ip forward-protocol command.

ICMP Router Discovery Protocol (IRDP) hosts hear multicast Hellos from routers, allowing host-router discovery. HSRP routers create a virtual router that hosts think is a real router. Both protocols help networks cut over to a functional router quickly when their primary router goes down.

Unearth the past with a past Life Regression Therapist, Its Terrific

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

Past life regression, also known as PLR, will probably uncover the reasons why we have issues with friends in our current lifetime or why we are apprehensive of certain things. You have family around you in your current life that you will have incredibly known before, now lets just imagine being proficient to uncover what happened and what your relationship was to them at that past time and destroy blocks that plague you in your current time and even uncover talents and bring them into your present lifetime. Past life regression is great.

When you are having a past lifetime regression, also known as PLR, session you should regress to the life you would most need to see about in your present lifetime. This is eye-opening and might spell out a great deal about your current life and help you should to go forward with your life with a greater understanding of yourself, your life and the brothers around you.

You should also identify why you are the person that you are, now that is fabulous. If you enjoy nature perhaps you were once working on a farm, if you adore to travel perhaps you were an explorer. Instead of forgetting our strengths we should embrace them. Use Regression therapy with Anne Jirsch.

Each respective experience is super and unique. Other people have visited places they?d lived in before and knew where to go.

Podcasts Are a Good Way to Build Your Customer Base

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

There are so many list building tips that can make your business successful. Most move you beyond the conventional ways of generating customer lists from email blasts. You can create podcasts to peak the interest of potential customers. Podcasts can be made with free and inexpensive tools, yet still give your business a professional look of expertise. You can use the free audio editor and recorder program, Audacity, and purchase an inexpensive microphone from any electronics store and record a 5-10 minute radio show. Be sure to mention your web address several times as you share good and useful information.

You can achieve many rewards for your business by using successful list building tips. You could very easily add up to 300 people to your list each month. On average, you can earn approximately one dollar for each subscriber. After one year, with these numbers, you can substantially increase your revenue. You can recommend targeted products to your subscribers once or twice a week, based on a profile data form that they complete when they subscribe to your list. Never recommend products that are unfamiliar to you. You want to be able to answer any questions asked. And remember, quality products will attract repeat customers.
